Question : I am suffering from aching pain in upper LEFT part of my back. It seems to be getting worse, and it is unbearable when I try to lie down. It started as a dull ache this afternoon, but is getting worse. My email address is YYYY@YYYY . I know I have kidney stones. Am I maybe passing one/some?
Brief Answer:
It seems to be muscular pain.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems that your symptoms are due to muscular pain.
You can take painkiller like Acetaminophen and a muscle relaxant (you are already taken baclofen). Add Omeprazole 20 mg along with Domperidone 10 mg once a day along with it.
Hot fomentation along with local application of pain relieving gel can have added benefits.
A clinical evaluation by your doctor along with an ECG will rule out other causes of pain.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
