Brief Answer:
Yes it can but very low chance

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.

HIV can spread with sharing of body fluids but the chances are very low or negligible with kissing as concentration of virus is very low in saliva.Other than that to get into the blood stream virus need some breach in the mucus membrane which is not always possible.

So it can be concluded that with lesion on the mucosal membrane of oral cavity chances of infection are there. I do not have exact data but it can be said that one in thousands have risk of HIV infection through deep throat kissing.

Since VITROS ECI is third generation test the window period is just 22 days using this test. The six and three months were with first generation test which was ELISA.

Hope I am able to answer your concerns.

Brief Answer:
Can you describe in detail so I can answer

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me.

I am not aware of what you gone through but persistent fear of serious disease despite available contrary evidence is called hypochondriasis a psychiatric disorder.

If you feel that you are not able to shift the attention from something which is not there (at least all test say so) it is time to get psychiatric help from the psychiatrist in your city.

The treatment is possible for this condition with use of medication (SSRI) and cognitive therapy.

I hope this clears the situation for you.
Thanks and regards

I have exposure 2 times. First one in the month of January 12th and second one on 22nd May. I did first antibody test on 27th April by CMIA method results was negative. During that I was taking serological inhaler. Can it affect the test? Was it conclusive. 2nd test was on 29th sept by CMIA Method antibody again negative. Is it conclusive for 2nd incident. The 1st encounter was condom slipped during vaginal sec. 2nd incident was protected sex with deep throat kissing?

Brief Answer:
They are conclusive

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome back.

Your second test took place after 129 days from exposure and method used in your test gives conclusive results.

There is no point of doubting the test as it is 100% sensitive which means they detect all infections.

There is n literature which suggests that inhaler interferes with test.

With available information I am sure that there is no possibility of HIV infection from two encounters that happened to you.

Thanks and regards
