I understand you only kissed and there was no exchange of saliva.Then except herpes labial is no other disease could be contracted but say there was scanty saliva exposure then there is risks of contracting herpes, hepatitis B, syphilis if partner had gummas.
HIV is not a likely spread infection in this way.
