Question : If you kiss a woman on the lips one time with no other open mouth or sexual activity is there any chance or any documented cases of disease besides herpes, mono, or hepatitis.

I ask this prior but may not have been specific enough.

Welcome to health care magic.
I understand you only kissed and there was no exchange of saliva.Then except herpes labial is no other disease could be contracted but say there was scanty saliva exposure then there is risks of contracting herpes, hepatitis B, syphilis if partner had gummas.
HIV is not a likely spread infection in this way.
