Can Kombucha Tea Detoxify The Body?

Question : I take several controlled drugs for Dystonia, a broken vertebrae, and ADD. My Dr has given me a urine test but the drugs are not showing up in the tests. I am a Kombucha drinker and think that it may be detoxing my system.
If it is how long do I need to stop drinking the tea to get a positive result?
With out the the drugs I'm going to be in a world of hurt. Literally.

It is difficult to comment whether the agent is actually detoxifying or not as there are no reference.

The test that is performed may be initial screening test, I think you can ask for other confirmation test.
