Can Lipoma Compress Blood Vessels Blocking Blood Flow?

Question : As for the epidermal cyst, and Lipoma,
I want to know if the size of epidermal and Lipoma is somewhat bigger (about 1cmm), could it press the Blood vessel and so block the blood flow?
When I look for that kinds of situation, it is very hard to find the answer.
would you pls tell me why it cannot affect the blood vessel... Thanks in advance.

Don't worry lipoma cannot compress blood vessels.
As the lipoma grows the blood vessels get displaced and escape compression.
