Question : Can you go from haivng XXXXXXX strokes to having lung cancer if you ibnhale allot of fumes from cars and bikes.

Yes long term inhalation of fumes from bikes and cars may cause strokes and even lung cancer.

Other effects are asthma, diabetes, lung damage in the form of bronchitis , COPD, cardiac problems like heart attack, failure etc.

Is the cancer a aggresivetype of lung cancer?

The cancer type likely to be caused by car and bike fumes is non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). This is less aggressive compared to its other type small cell lung cancer.

But NSCLC contains many subtypes. The aggressiveness depends upon the
- histology of cancer
-size and spread
-early diagnosis
-condition of person etc.
