Hello and thanks for the query.
The active constituentbof milk thistle is supposed to be silymarin
It can cause change in the colorvof stool however more common side effects are indigestion and rarely it can cause heartburn,gas and diarrhea.

There is no clinically proven evidence that Milk thistle changes the stool color.
