Question : Hi Doctor, I had throat pain and cold 4 days back. Now having little mucas and slight cough. Feeling little tired as well. Please advise some medicine. Thanks and regards, Somi

It seems that your symptoms might be due to upper respiratory tract infection.
I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by an ENT specialist.
I would advise that you can take Azithromycin 500 mg once a day along with Levocetirizine 5mg for relief from your symptoms. Paracetamol 500 mg can be taken for fever and body ache.
Drink lots of water daily and take adequate rest.
Further medical management can be planned according to the clinical evaluation by your doctor.
