Brief Answer:
B complex can be taken for the time being.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service. I've gone through your query in detail.

Yes, she can take B-complex supplementation, for the time being, no need to worry.

Additionally, follow the below guidelines:
- Do lukewarm salt-water gurgling three times a day
- Avoid sour, spicy foods and have simple nutritious homemade foods for now
- Use extra soft bristles toothbrush

If it persists despite this, then better to get a thorough dental check-up in the first place.

Take care. Let me know if I can assist you further.
