Question : Hi, is it possible to have such a narrow colon that your bowl movements are very small?

Yes it is possible and can be normally seen in some people and colon size depends from man to man.also certain food can change shape of feces.
But you must be caotious since this can also be pathologic condition anf some serious diseases can cause it as well such ad tumors or inflammatory bowel disease especially if there is associated pain or blood in stool.in this case you need to do colonoscopy and rule this out. wish you good health.
