Question : I given Nebulization for 3 days morning one & night one. Shall we continue more than this as still she have cough and able to sleep ?

From your description it looks like your child needs more nebulisations
You can continue to give nebulisations for a day or two.

It will help in reducing cough and make her sleep better.

If cough persists or worsens she may need re examination by your pediatrician to rule out chest infection. If identified she may benefit from a course of antibiotics like amoxicillin.
