Question : I ejaculated copiously and much of it was on my hand. I washed my hand fairly well afterwards and then, about 3 to 4 minutes later I inserted my fingers deeply into my girlfriend's vagina. My main concern is that the soap I used wasn't antibacterial. What are the chances of pregnancy?

You have washed with a soap. Hence sperms would have died.

It doesn't matter if soap is not antibacterial. Any soap would be good.
