In iron preperations only 10 persent is absorbed of the mentioned iron strength. In tripple iron it is mentioned iron 15mg. I want to know that this 15mg dose is fully absorbed by body. If 10 persent of 15mg is absorbed want it be too less.
I am asking this because other preperations are causing me gastric discomfort but i am fine with tripple iron. Please clearefy my this dought.
