Question : hello sir,

i and my wife have rubella igg positive, cmv igg positive , chlamidiya igg positive . mu question is can we plan for a baby or not ?i m very much concern about the baby health form our infection. please guide us

There is nothing to worry and both of you can very well plan pregnancy if IgM antibody is negative.
She can very well enter pregnancy even if IgG positive as IgG cannot cause any problems in pregnancy.

thanks a lot doctor, sorry for asking some more question please guide me (1) can chlamydia igg can come negative after taking madecines (2) is cmv can cause any problem in baby health (3) gyno suggesting hpv vaccine gradasil to take , is it safe to take hpv vaccine and she saying to plan baby after 6 months once the vaccine course completed . (4) how can i check the after doxychyline chlamydia infection is cured completely , is their any proper test for it like swab or urine in XXXXXXX instead to blood. last question madam, after some many infection can i expect that their will be no harm to baby health . i know i have ask lots of question but please suggest , thanks for your kind help.

Yes IgG positive people can go negative over a finite period of time many a times but even if they stay positive then also there is nothing bad for the baby in the long run.
Yes in case she takes gardasil then plan baby after 1 month of third and last dose of gardasil.
But then in my opinion get the the vaccine after pregnancy as there is no need to delay pregnancy just for gardasil.
There is no need to test for chlamydia after complete treatment of 14 days of doxycycline.

gud morning doctor ,
thanks a lot doctor now i can sleep well , i m enclosing the report of my wifeher age is 28 , i request you to go through it and suggest any more test require for a trouble free pregnancy or any kind of vitamins test required . please suggest and gyno suggesting again to take a course of doxycyline for 3 weeks after a month already she had taken 2 weeks so is their any harm for taking again the doxy couse for three weeks. please suggest

No dear a single course of 2 weeks is enough. And for entering pregnancy in goof health state start taking folic acid tablet daily and of course good healthy diet including green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and lots of water.
Walnuts and almonds are also very good so take it daily.
I have seen all the reports and no extra investigation needs to be done.
