Question : I have just been told I have ckd stage2. I am seeking ways of improving or at least inhibiting the progress of this condition. I am 80 years old and enjoy life and a single glass of wine and sometimes a single gin and tonic most nights with my dinner. Conflicting advice is published online. What is your view as to whether I should continue or not? Thank you for your help. John Dove
