Question : I had a massage and puss came out while my private was being touch but we had no sexual contact of any kind and I was wonder if I need to worry about possibly getting any sexual transmitted diseases

Based on your history, just massage without sexual intercourse, I think you shouldn't worry because there is no risk for HIV and STD.
You should know that exist a low risk to get syphilis only if she had some elements in skin of secondary syphilis during this time.

I suggest to do a culture of the puss to define better the diagnosis.
