Question : i have chronic HEP B and i recently fingered a girl after i had taken a piss . I also kissed her and sucked her breast . no penetration sex occurred. Could i have infected her with Hep B?

Hepatitis is spread through blood and infected body fluids. It is not spread by the manner you described. Although the virus can be found in saliva, it is not believed to be spread through kissing or sucking. So do not worry.
