Brief Answer:
The HPE report shows presence of cancer in left breast lump.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The histopathology (HPE) report suggests that there is cancer called duct cell carcinoma / cancer in left breast.

The cancer is intermediate grade.

Treatment of breast cancer is chemotherapy and surgery.

For selecting appropriate chemotherapy, immunohistochemistry with ER, PR, Her 2 neu and E cadherin is suggested. These investigations have been suggested in the histopathology report.

Brief Answer:
Breast cancer is curable. Grading predict disease free life.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Yes breast cancers are curable including intermediate grade. Grading is done on histopathological findings, however, immunohistochemistry is more predictive of behavior of the cancer.
Gradings are done to predict over all disease free life period and chances of metastasis / spread.

Kindly, get back with IHC with ER, PR, Her 2 neu and E cadherin for further information.

Hope I have answered your query.

Thanks and take care.
