Brief Answer:
Motrin is Ibuprofen

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query.

Motrin 800 mg is a brand name for Ibuprofen 800 mg ,which belongs to the drug class nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAIDs).
Ibuprofen is not addictive and since it is not an Opiate ,it is not a substitute of Oxycodone. It is used to relief back pain and not for the oxycodone withdrawal. She won't have a relapse by using Motrin.
Naltrexone is an opioid antagonist and it is used to help narcotic dependents. The fact that your wife is taking Naltrexone ,means that she is no longer dependent on narcotics.

Hope it helps.
Please feel free to ask if you have any other question.I would be happy to help.

Kind regards,
