Hi,

Are you in fact asking about uric acid crystal deposits in achilles tendon? If yes, these crystals are commonly seen in joints especially the fingers and toes. So the chances of crystals in the achilles tendon is less. However if you have deposits in the ankle joint then the tendons are likely to be affected there thus resulting pain.

What can I take for pain without compromising my taxed liver? I have a fatty liver and do not want to cause any damage. Diagnosed with mildly enlarged liver and slightly low density?

Low dose Ibuprofen

Hi,

I suggest you to take low dose Ibuprofen for the pain and inflammation up to 200mg per dose twice a day. You should also think about alternate pain therapies like hot water bath, rest.

This low dose can help inflammation. THis will not affect liver largely.
