I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. Losartan is an anti hypertensive from the angiotensin II receptor antagonist group.

2. Spironolactone is an antihypertensive which is a potassium sparing diuretic.

3. Taking losartan and spironolactone can cause a condition where there is high blood level of potassium known as hyperkalemia. This is a dangerous condition and causes problems in functioning of heart and brain and especially in older age.

In conclusion, please do not take losartan if you are taking spironolactone unless your doctor has prescribed it for you. Please discuss in detail with your doctor and proceed.
