Brief Answer:
can take while eating but better if just before meal (no need for an hour)

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There have been some medical studies taking a look at the best time to take these family of medications (can provide the name of a study if you wish to take a look) and it has been found that they work better before meals but not as long as an hour.
In general they are usually taken just before eating or while preparing breakfast or while waiting at a restaurant for a meal.

If they are taken too far ahead then you may feel unwell and if you take it after you eat, it would not work as well.

If you wish, you can take with while you are eating a meal but it works better if taken just before.

If you have daytime and nighttime symptoms, then a morning and evening dose (just before supper), may be needed

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
