Question : Had an unprotected sex. Already taking PCOD medications. Is it safe to take a contraceptive pill?

I am taking Calcarea phos 200 and Jonosia XXXXXXX Q for PCOD. have been taking it for more than a year. Have seen improvements but worried contraceptive pill might have a negative effect. Please suggest. And it has been around 18 hours since the intercourse. Are there any other options? Which are safe.

There are many pills available in market like unwanted 72 and I pill.
Take it within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse.
