Question : Dr. Parinam: Thank's for your recent answer regarding my right leg problem. A follow-up question would be asking if it's OK to continued walking for exercise, even if a mild stress fracture? Thanks.....
Brief Answer:
Ok to walk
Detailed Answer:
I am sorry for a delayed response but I did not intend to. I was not notified properly about this question.
Was a fracture certainly there? Was it reviewed by the doc? You can walk as long as you do not catch pain and the fracture is not displaced one.
