I understand your concerns but it is too late now. The gain in height occurs at the ends of the long bones. But these epiphyseal plates (the seat of bone growth) get sealed after around 17 years of age. So, there is no scope of further gain in height. I would insist you not to fall for false promises that many people might offer to you.
