Thanks for posting the query to HCM,
Height increase is seen till 19 years in females and 21 years in males. After that The bones are fused at the ends so it is highly impossible to increase the height after 21 years. But some exercises and if very essential then there are surgeries done to increase the height.
In this surgery bones in the lower legs are broken and separated so that tissues start growing when reconnected. This surgery is effective increasing length of legs but also increase overall height.
These exercises are known to increase the height to some extent if done regularly.
