Question : Can osteoarthritus arthritis deteriorate quickly? Was diagnosed with this in hips and spine in just over 6 months ago but knees ankles wrists and neck have since become painful and this constant click and grind sound occurs upon standing . I have difficulty waking at times through muscle rigidity and pain in whole legs. Is this normal?

No, osteoarthritis is a slow and chronic illness which had a slow and progressive course. It never worse suddenly.
I advise you to see a rheumatologist to rule out other arthritis like rheumatoid arthritis also.
