Can Outercourse Lead To HIV Or STDs?

Please don't worry there is no risk to get HIV.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you writing in healthcaremagic.
Based on your history you should know that fingering, nude body rubbing, and handjob are considered as negligible risk activities.
From what you have mentioned above, there was no penetration but just vagina rubbing your penis. This implies that although you may have come into contact with vaginal secretions, the urethra (in the penis) did not absorb these, they were outside of your body.
This kind of activity has the same negligible risk, which means there is theoretically a possibility to acquire HIV through this method, although there has never been a confirmed report.
If you are still concerned about transmission, or if you are not sure about your risk factor, an HIV test is the only way to know for sure about your HIV status.
Furthermore in this situation (penis rubbing and in contact with vaginal fluid) exist a possibility to get some STD like gonorrhea, chlamydia syphilisis,HSV,HPV.
I hope my answer helps you.
Regards.

I am also taking Health Ok once daily. Intially I had high fever around 104°F now I am having 99-99.5°F continuously.
This could be just a bacterial infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I am sorry for my late response.
I have seen carefully your lab results and I think that there are normal value. The only problem in the full blood is a mild low value of lymphocytes in percentage but being normal in absolute value, I do not take much into consideration.
Based on your recent situation and lab results, having a subfebril fever after taking antibiotics I think that could be just a bacterial infection (maybe pneumonia) not related to HIV.
Please I need to know, did you have other symtomps like cough, chest pain during this time and did you have done chest X-ray.
Furthermore,if you are still concerned about transmission, or if you are not sure about your risk factor, an HIV test is the only way to know for sure about your HIV status.
I hope my answer helsp you.
Regards.
