The symptoms depend on the size and nature of the cysts. simple cysts that are small(less than 7 cms) and benign(noncancerous) do not cause any abdominal upset.
Large complex cysts and malignant cysts can sometimes cause the symptoms.
if the cyst you mentioned is small say less than 6-7 cms then it is not the reason for abdominal upset and diarrhoea.
