Brief Answer:
Can wait for 6 months

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Bilateral chocolate cyst means that you are having endometriosis.
It is difficult to conceive if one has endometriosis.
However, chocolate cyst removal is advisable only if the cyst are more than3.5 cm.
I will suggest you to try for conception naturally for 6 months, if you don't conceive even after then, consider removal of cysts.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
