Question : I just found out today in attempts to find my missing IUD mirena that my right ovary is bigger than my left by almost double the size. I won't get my results or answers for 3-4 business days. I'm having bad anxiety about why it's this way and Google just makes it worse :/ could it be normal to have different size ovaries by that big of a size difference?

Hello,

There are many causes of different size ovaries. The most common cause can be the ovarian cyst.

There are different types of cysts, some resolve over time, some do not. I suggest you do an ultrasound to know the exact size of each ovary so we can evaluate better. Anyway, I think there is nothing to worry about.
