Brief Answer:
Possible but rare

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
This may be sign of heart attack especially in diabetic, however this is rarely the only sign and it is usually associated with chest pain, breathing difficulties and dizziness. Jaw pain as single symptom is more likely to be caused by arthritis, tooth problems or neuralgia. However if you have any concerns, you should see doctor. Wish you good health. Regards
