Question : Hello,

I have been having a terrible headache since two weeks and today I visited the doctor and I have been told that I have urinary infection. Could that be the case?

Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After seeing your reports, it is clear that you are having Urinary Tract Infection (UTI).
It can result in fever and headache.
I would advise that you should get a Culture and Sensitivity test of urine done to know the causative organism and the appropriate antibiotic for the infection.
You can take paracetamol 500mg for relief from your symptoms. Further medical management can be planned according to the reports of the above mentioned investigation.
Drink lots of water daily.
