Brief Answer:

Can take painkiller, physiotherapy, diclofenac gel, see a detailed answer below.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Can you please let me know where do you have muscle spasm? Common causes of muscle spasm are dehydration, overuse of muscle, injury, improper posture, sometimes may be due to renal stone. treatment mainly depends upon underlying conditions.

If Baclofen is ineffective, you can also take tab. Metaxalone 400 MG+Diclofenac 50 MG (eg. Myospas D), as this is a prescription medicine, I'd recommend consulting with your family physician.

Along with this, keep yourself well-hydrated, stretch muscles before a workout or any activity. Do physiotherapy. apply ice or heat pack over there.

Apply Diclofenac gel or spray locally. Maintain proper posture. I will suggest you please follow up with a detailed history.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
