Question : My friend is 23 and she has taken multiple plan b pills in the past few years and she is scared it will mess up her chances of giving birth later on in life . Any comments about it ?

Using emergency pills doesn't cause infertility.

Using plan B pill often will not cause her infertility in future.
Having plan B often is not recommended because of increased dose of hormones it contains related to daily contraception pills which are also more effective on preventing a pregnancy.
Emergency pills cause irregular periods due to hormonal imbalance but they are not known to cause infertility.

She has had 3 abortions in the past would that have any long term side affects on her health and if she wanted to have kids later on in the future.

Not risk of infertility if everything went well.

Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
An abortion procedure done well without complications after can not affect the fertility.
If the abortion is done multiple times the risk of infection after the procedure is increased but if they have gone well it will still not affect fertility.
Taking count of her history of three abortions and frequent usage of emergency pills it would be advisable that she uses contraceptive pills or IUD to prevent pregnancy.
