Question : is programade juice safe with crestor? i have heard it is not?

Well , if you meant Pomegranate juice then it should be avoided if you take any statins. There is no much evidence but some studies suggest possible relation between this combination and kidney damage so to be safe, it would be better to avoid this type of fruits,or at least take it in small amounts.
