Hello Doctor,
I have nasal bronchitis ( post nasal drip) mainly while I am sleeping.
It's been for years and i take montel lc/advent or montair 10 mg/ketasma. Both prescribed by renowned doctors.
It keeps coming though. I cant sleep due to access of musuc and urge to spit.
Is there any other medication that I can try?

Thanks for your query.

Montelukast and Levocetrizine is the best combination available for the allergic rhinitis, these have very minimal side effects.

The next in line is steroids which come with bunch of side effects and is restricted to rare use.

You can try homeopathy for allergic rhinitis, these have shown better results over long term.
