Brief Answer:
Details below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query, attached reports and understand your health concerns,
1. There are small pieces of 4*4 MM in the uterine cavity, this is nothing to worry it will come out naturally without medical or surgical approach.
2. There is some cyst in the ovary, it does not mean that you are having PCOD. This cyst will also resolve ones you will have your normal period.
3. To conceive again you should wait at least for six months, try to conceive naturally, do some yoga and light exercise, it will take care of your blood sugar as well as the problem of PCOD.
4. You are absolutely normal, no treatment is required at present. Nothing to worry.

Regards.

Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
It is good that you are having normal regular periods.
The problem of PCOS and PCOD are the same thing. You have developed a cyst that is likely to resolve with normal periods. No need to worry. You can also start with tab. Metformin 500 mg twice a day after consulting your gynecologist and try to lose some extra weight. Losing the weight will help in correcting the hormonal problem and diabetes. Do try to restrict extra calories along with yoga and intensive exercise.
Hope my answer is helpful.
Do accept my answer in case there are no further queries.
