Not likely...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
No, there would not be any type of alteration or flattening of facial bones by rubbing / pressing against a pillow. The facial bones are hard and not malleable by pressure against pillow.
Hope this answered your question. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Can the situation described above (tensely pressing side of face down against pillow, etc) cause any change in shape or position of jawbone or part of jawbone or any moving of jawbone or part of jawbone? Can it cause any changes in jaw joints or affect jaw joints? Thanks.
Brief Answer:
No, it wouldn't....
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The facial bones and joints like any other bones are strong enough and they don't bend or move by just pressing against a pillow. It needs a stronger force like an injury to cause any kind of defects or position changes.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
