Question : is it possible I might counteracting antibiotics I'm taking for bv if I'm also taking probiotics?

Its a misconception that probiotics shall decrease the efficacy of antibiotics caused by decreasing its bioavailability. But there is no such evidences available. Probiotics don't decrease the efficacy of antibiotics rather make the gut more receptive and increases the lactobacillus count promoting better digestion and well being acting as an adjunct to antibiotics in fighting against the pathogen.
