Can Progesterone Cream Be Applied When Suffering From Thyroid Problem?

Question: I am taking Levothyroxine for my Thyroid, 112 mg a day. I have Hypthyroid. I got a progesterone cream for a little area of the vulva that gets dry or especially when a was. My waxing lady said that getting a natural progesterone cream and apply for a while in that area would help for this area to make it stronger. Is it ok with my Thyroid to apply this natural progesterone cream in that area without affecting my Thyroid? I have a very sensitive body since I don't take any drugs but natural medicine or herbs in general. The cream is called AMERITA - Pro -Gest The amount of progesterone is 450 mg of USP per ounce ( 20 mg per 1/2 teaspoon) Thank you. Sincerely, XXXXXXX
