Brief Answer:
Not everyday...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

First congratulations on her pregnancy!!

Based on the numbers provided, both Hba1c and TSH are a bit above the desired limits during pregnancy. They need to be kept under control.

With respect to Hba1c which is an indicator of blood sugar control, proso millets are beneficial. However millets contain nutrient flavonoid which can interfere with thyroid hormone production. As her doctors would like to control TSH value, in my opinion I would avoid every day consumption of millets. Please discuss with her nutritionist further.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
