Brief Answer:

No!

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Such quick movements by themselves cannot cause a permanent change in the position of face/head structures. Structures will always return to their original positions. Bones are solid and cannot be easily displaced.

However, if a muscle or soft tissue is destroyed, scarring may ensue and that will maintain the head in an abnormal position as scarred tissues lack elasticity.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
