Question : Can I take red wine moderately - 2 to 3 glasses in a party - while taking cephalexin 500mg 3x a day?

Hi and welcome to XXXXXXX Thanks for the query.
it can't have any harmful effects but it is not recommended to drink alcohol with antibiotic because it will reduce effectiveness of medicine. Although, such small amount won't effect on it much. so you can take it, just don't drink antibiotic 3 hours after last glass of wine. Wish you good health.
