Hello and thanks for the query.
Red wine in moderation,not more than 2 glasses may be good to your health as it has resveratrol in it,which is a powerful anti oxidant.
However consumption of more red wine has it's negative impact because of alcohol in it.
As far as bowel movements are concerned some people complain of constipation while others find it good as they get good bowel movements after it's consumption.
