Brief Answer:
Can, but do not take more than 8 pills/day...

Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,

Panadol osteo contains 665mg Paracetamol which is being released into 2 stages inside the body:
- 31% is released immediately
- 69 % is released slowly over the day

In this way, your pain is covered for the next 24 hours. If you have taken 6 tablets of panadol osteo so far (2 eight hourly), you can take no more than 2 regular panadol (dose of 500 mg /pill).

It is important not to exceed 8 pills per day to avoid side effects in the liver.

I would advise to wait for the panadol osteo effect first. If not, you can take 2 regular panadol or can take another pain-killer (ibuprofen, mephenamic acid if you do not have any other health problems: ulcer, gastritis, bleeding,etc.).

Hope it was of help! Let me know if you have further queries! If no other question, kindly rate my answer while closing this thread!
