Question : hello Doctor. my penis is very hairy and small. i masturbate a lot and the hair is thick and growing up my penis. should i be concerned

First and foremost let me reassure you there is no harm in masturbation. It's totally normal physiology.
Regarding the issue of hair , it's quite common to see hairs growing on the shift of penis near the root of penis and also extending for some distance. So there is absolutely no reason to be worried about.
Regarding size, the minimum size required to satisfy female parpartner is 4 cm. Any size beyond it is an added advantage and bonus.
