Brief Answer:
No such risk

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Her routine blood and urine tests will be done to see general wellbeing and in case pregnant then it can show only if Urine pregnancy test is performed (usually not done).
And no other routine test can reveal the pregnant status and neither can it show that she had been sexually active.
Moreover since you had a protected sexual activity and also the pregnancy test is negative there is no risk of pregnancy so no chance of showing it on tests either.
All the best for her journey.
Take care
Regards
Dr Manisha
