Question : Can i go for scuba diving.. I had ischemic stroke a year back... Now am fully in good healthy condition

I would surely like to answer this well, however, beforehand please let me know that what type of stroke you had(infarct or hemorrhage)? and what medicines are you currently on?

Ischemic stroke...due to high BP, as i was under depression and due to smoking my pressure was high...now my pressure is under normal and i have stopped smoking as well..as precaution am taking minipress and cinod tablets nowadays

In view of Hypertension and past history of Stroke(considering,it was just one year back),its better to avoid Scuba diving.These health conditions are also listed on health precautions check-list, in diving rules.
