Can Severe Abdominal Pain Indicate IBS As Per The Attached Reports?

Also to add where I am pointing on the image I have attached it feels as if there is a vein sticking out I am not sure if it's normally like that though I can just feel the vein when I put my finger on that area and that''s where the heavy ache starts from. There has been days as well where it isn't as bad and I don't feel it as much.
I've also noticed some white specs that have been floating after I urinate into the toilet bowl?
May be an indirect inguinal hernia beginning

I dont exercise heavly and not really that often at all.
Not as far as scrotum but it does radiate a bit further down from where my finger is in the picture. I have had bowel issues on and off the last couple of months with constiption and diarreah and I have a colonscopy scheduled next month. Not my urinary symptons just feels like there is a bit of pressure around the are I pointed to in the picture but as I said the ultrasound and urine tests came up normal. Could it be an appendix issue or appendix/bowel cancer at my age? The pain I am having as well is more uncomfortable than super painful but it is a enough to distrupt my day to day life and not being able to stop thinking about it. I have also had some pains under my right and left ribs and I do suffer from health anxiety issues.
As detailed below.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Looks to be hernia as explained and thus get confirmed by an examination by a General Surgeon.
Simple stool tests for three consecutive days may get you a proper diagnosis for bowel issues.
Cancer: not possible.
Appendicitis would have shown on an ultrasound.
Anxiety can give costochondritis causing pain at or just below lower ribs.
I hope this answer helps you further.
Please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.

Only repeat investigations can tell
Detailed Answer:
In UTI there is usually frequency of urination, burning but hesitancy can be a symptom if there is any obstruction to the outflow.
Repeat tests/investigations can alone tell about the exact problem.
Request for CT scan of the abdomen as it can clear lots of problems like appendicitis, most of the urinary problems and other conditions.
